Our Commitment
Tra An strives to use local produce with global spices and recipes. Familiar dishes are introduced into innovative combinations. Exotic food transform into everyday fares. We stray away from appropriating the principle and sincerity of the original pieces. The results are meals that mix, not blend.
Stay true to our roots, Tra An uses produce from farmer markets and small local-owned businesses. We suplement the rest with ingredients from the organic sections at nearby grocery stores. We know the origin of every element that goes into our production, from the salt and pepper to the plates and utensils.
