At Tra An Cuisine, we take the personal in personal chef seriously. Therefore, we do not have set menus. We start every inquiry with a phone consultation to go over your preferences and restrictions. Then we create a proposal menu from a vast selection of cuisines from all around the world to fit your event and budget. With advance notice, we accommodate every and all dietary restrictions at no extra charge. Here are some samples of different events we have done in the past.
